. Developed a Supplier delivery performance dashboard with SAP
Xcelsisus, which resulted in increase in on time delivery for ~10% of
line items and ~$2MM worth of additional materials now come on time.
. Designed and developed a "Spot buy reduction" report leveraging SAP
APD module to identify materials which qualify to be moved on
Contracts based on Inventory turns and high PO counts, to reduce
buyer's processing time and get negotiated contract rates.
. Designed and developed Transmission and Distribution Inventory
forecast dashboard with SAP Xcelsius to help reduce Surplus Inventory
and meet year-end targets by providing visibility to Demand, Purchases
and Inventory data.
