Objective

To find a quality control position that would allow me to use a combination of the skills and

knowledge gained during my previous years in the related industry, and while pursuing my

certification in CNC.

• Perform first and final inspections on all machine operations

• Maintain documents for customer approval including NCR reports and blueprint errors

• Help on all areas of the shop when short staff or immediate needs

2010 - 2012 • Maintained high quality standards as a CNC inspector

• Perform inspections, audits and final audits on a daily basis to insure machined parts are being

produced to customer specifications

• Report all Non Conformance per company NCR procedure

• Experience using inspection gages and any equipment necessary to perform quality

measurements, including: Caliper, bore gages, depth gages, borematics, OD/ID mic’s, Mic track

and other CNC tools.
