and ensure downtime is kept to a minimum. Trains maintenance staff in safety procedures, such
as LOTO, and others. Collaborates extensively with maintenance staff to assure goals and
budgets are met. Manages maintenance and capital improvement budgets. Manages all aspects
of the engineering and maintenance teams. Manages maintenance of production equipment,
technical and maintenance-related systems, buildings and grounds for the facility, including the
maintenance budget.
