wetlands, and road crossings throughout Southwestern OKlahoma.18, 000 ft. 16” 500w Creeks, Roads,

Turnpikes, Wetlands and Rivers in North Central Oklahoma, and Multiple bundle poly bores. Including

1000 ft. 6” sdr7, 8” sdr9 10”sdr9 10”sdr11 four bundle poly in North Dakota.

Greatest Achievement: Was given the opportunity to take over a bore after a reputable boring

contractor relinquished the project after diligently working for 6 entire weeks due to financial

loss and inability to accomplish the end result. My crew and I were able to construct the entire

project in four short days.

• Pipeline Construction Experience

Constructing poly and steel gathering systems, DOT Regulated Pipeline, full well stream systems, valve

settings, placing meter runs; Assisted in compressor stations, booster stations, cryogenic plants, amine

plants and salt water disposal systems. Constructing anode beds for cathodic protection; Steel pipe

coatings, Holiday inspection equipment, two-part epoxy coating for welds; Heavy equipment experience

including but not limited to the skillful operation of the following: Track hoe, Back hoe, Dozer, Rough

terrain forklift, Front-end loader man baskets, Up to 45ton crane with current certification; Conducted

"Hot Taps" on both steel and poly up to 8"; HDPE Line repairs up 16” using hydraulic squeeze tools.

Greatest achievement: Completed 42,000 ft. of 16" and 10" poly parallel in the same ditch in 20

working days.

Present)

HDD Coordinator

Coordinated all Horizontal Directional Drill Crossings for Orr Construction. Including survey,

calculating bend radius, and bore drill planning. Overseeing that all crews are practicing safety and

productivity. Coordinating with third party survey and engineers on numerous projects in Oklahoma

Texas and North Dakota. Emphasized in scheduling, time management, multitasking, Machine and

equipment maintenance, Site preparation and housekeeping. Knowledgeable in various types of ground

Proficient in various forms of pipeline from 1 ” to 12” poly distribution gas lines.6”-24” Poly

gathering systems. 4”-24” DOT maintained transmission gas lines. Both rural and municipal water

systems. Managed multiple crews from ROW clearing to final clean up and environment rehabilitation.

Taking on projects such as removal and replace existing distribution lines. Critical valve setting and riser

replacements, and Emergency calls from oil and gas companies including both plant and transmission line

repairs. Made ONECALL notifications giving GPS coordinates and job locations. Communicated with

other foreman, Superintendents, Safety Directors and Owners on a daily basis to maintain clarity on scope

up to twenty five employees involved in the construction of pipelines and gathering systems. Dealt one on

one with owners and inspectors to resolve unsatisfactory situations. Personally addressed reports of

concerns or disapproval in a timely manner. Took a hands on approach to assure production of all projects

were punctually completed on or before deadlines in order to assure that our gas company affiliates were

pleased with Orr construction's dedication, commitment, precision and caliber of work performed.

Started as a laborer and worked my way up by summer of 2007 to a Drilling foreman. Duties included

all of the grunt work in the early years and eventually overseeing directional drilling projects and running

a crew of four employees. Prepared daily drill reports and logged, monitored and reported man hours to

Human Resources. Set daily schedules for breaks to hydrate and keep my crew in a healthy and safe state.

Track hoes and back hoes. Provided successful identification of existing lines and safely crossing with out

damage of existing utilities. Completed mileage logs for all trucks, monitored fuel usage and company

spending while traveling. Learned the absolute ins and outs of the Directional Drilling industry and began

to really succeed in the juggling of the hands on field work and management. Started networking after
