Verification of product quality requirements in In-situ Inspection

Preparation of the FAI reports & all quality Reports, such as set up wise quality check list, inspection

record sheets

Vendor account management on parts related quality issues

Preparation of ISIR & PPAP components & Documents as per the ISO process

Implementation of Process instruction, Work instructions, Q-Alert & 5S Documents

Conducting Internal, Vendor, process, Part & 5S audits

Handling Calibration of Gauges (In house)

Proficient user of Profile pro jector, Plug, Snap gauge, Vernier caliper, Micrometers etc.,

Making SOP’s & preparing MRR & MIR

Maintaining Raw material third party verification & Salt spray test (SST) for plated parts

Responsible for root cause analysis and follow up with other departments on quality issues

Arranging gauges and measuring instrument for new product

Developing & following up the problem response report (8D) with fish bone analysis for customer

complaints

Contact window between company and customer on Technical support and customer issues

Knowledge about GD&T, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) & preparing SPC documents
