< Created and oversaw the development of the Network Management Centre

Certification Project, which became the De-facto training standard for

SHAW Operations Mississauga and utilized by SHAW Operations Calgary.

< Led efforts in establishing and sustaining an operational benchmark of

99.995% on all services delivered on a yearly basis.

< Played a lead role in overseeing the development of operations, while

supporting a growth of 1300%+ representing over 800 signals, 2300

cable head-ends and 7.3 million customers.

< Created an HD programming group, ad hoc from a vision to employing 6

employees delivering over 50 HD content signals.

banner supporting 4 different business platforms.

. Backup to the Director reporting directly to 3 VP's.

. Managed 4 diverse teams, 10 Technologists, 7 Network Analysts, 6

Programmers and 7 Technical Support Analysts. Inclusive of performance

reviews, coaching, mentoring and managing salary budget of $1.7 million.

. Co-planned, prepared and managed annual operating budget of $1.5 million.

. Rendered keen oversight and established the implementation of SOP's while

supporting the daily activities of a 24x7 Network Management Centre.

. Change Management Wizard, responsible for all operational change signoff.

. Created procedures and protocol document standards defining how

operations functioned in support of our networks, business partners and

customers.

. Directed the development of SLA's with broadcast partners, vendors and

customers, such as Rogers, Persona, Cisco and QUALCOMM.

< Spearheaded the successful conversion of 14 uplink facilitieis from

the executives of CANCOM.
