Responsibilities:

> Experience with calibration and functional checks of all types of

Smart Instruments, sensors and Final control Elements.

> Interpretation of loop drawing, Instrument cabling &

terminations, Cable schedule, Hook-up drawing, and P&ID drawings.

> Extensive troubleshooting experience for all fields instruments

during loop check, startup and commissioning activities.

> Generation and maintenance of all types of records for Quality

control checks including calibration, leak checks and other

inspections.

> Field Diagnostics Check and Remote calibration using HART 375

Communicator.

> Valve like Control Valve, On-OFF Valve,and all type of Positioner

like pneumatic, installation, over hauling, fault finding and

corrective and preventive maintenance like SAMSON,PFFIFER,VALTEK,FISHER and other manufacturer., Control and Shut Down

Valves. Valve Stroke Testing and replacement of Gasket

resource management System.(PRM)

> In charge for Operation & Maintenance of PLC System Scheduling &

Execution of Preventive Maintenance of PLC Panels, I/O Panels,

Engineering Station & Operating Station

> Installation of Instrument Tubing and Hook up of Instruments

SYSTEM

process requirement for the normal operation at platform

> Cross check the panel internal wirings as per the approved

documents & drawings.

schemes, interlocks between the process and function'

> Co-ordinate and liaise with clients inspector surveyors suppliers

and sup contractors

> Familiar and experience in the application of relevant codes and
