JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Store)

:

1. To Achieve Following Targets.

Total material maintain according FIFO.

a.

Inventory control.

b.

Material received Control according to bill & P.O.

c.

Control of Material Receiving as per procurement planning.

d.

Maintain the Store men power.

e.

2.5S system on Store.

3. Maintain total discipline in store.

4. Achievement of store related target.

5. Following Q2 principles KRC Triangles.

6. Control of GRN.

7. Control of Issue entry in (As per system).

8. Control of RGP & NRGP

9. Control of all store documents.

10. Insure this that all work of store flowing as per ISO and go to the proper channel.

11.Maintain against 57F material should be return as per challan and challan should be complete within six month.

12.Proper communication by mail or telephonic because work should not be interrupt as material criticality, dispatch, and

other type of communication which is necessary.

13.Insure this that inventory material should be proper describe and there is no doubling in master.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Perpetual store taking as well as audit, check bin card, STORAE Condition and maintain.

Monthly procurement planning & delivery scheduling of raw material & general/packing material with

consider lead time based on consumption trained & requirement from production report.

Packing valuation report which effect on store stock.

Make a report of that material which have reached MOL & ROL position in stores and inform to purchase

Insure this that all A category material which used by production are ok or not through EMC planning.

• Proper focus those materials which have expiry date.

• If material inflammable than need for proper prevention.

• If store material is chemical form then we must knowledge that how much danger for human body and what is the first

aid treatment after accident.

• Those items which is need for first as (supporting item)should be take in Indent as per future requirement.

COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS

:

Prepare store M.I.S. report for top management.

Books balance compares with physical stock & maintain it.

•

Vendor wise purchase report and analysis of vender’s rating based

•

On business amount delivery shortage & rejection.

Submit the consumption report in account (Every Day).

Submit the physical stock report in account (Every Month).

•

Re conciliation of raw material & store’s purchase with accounts.

•

Prepared a bank Statement (Valuation and Stock) as per item commodity & group.

•

Inventory should be maintained as per requirement, consumption trained, criticality and value.

WIP Store

1 Only quality ok material received in WIP Store from production through MMR, It maintains & Issue to next process

through issue requisition. Such & Such with ERP system.

Production WIP.

1 It has those materials which Raw materials store issue and production do the job on it.Whenever we need as per

inventory point of view than store ask the material status from production.

FG Store

1 FG material received by production through MMR & Maintain.

2 Material dispatch as per marketing requirement & Delivery schedule through STV invoice & sale invoice.

3 Controlling & report all FG store related activities.

MY STORE OBJECTIVE

• Inventory control for minimizing cost through daily monitoring basis R.O.L/M.O.L

with ABC analysis.

• No damage leakage rain etc.

• Focus shortage & rejection.

• Only ‘Q. C.ok’ inspected tested material to be issued from stores.

• Focus & Report of EMC material mostly a category material.

• Production should not hold by any critical material.
