Scope of Responsibility:
Develop and execute injection machine parameters for new and existing mold.
Responsible for creating new drawings and drafting of mold parts using SOLIDWORKS and
AUTOCAD application.
Handles company’s drawing of mold, parts and fabrication for:
Engineering III Department – Molding and Mold Section
Responsible for the releasing, monitoring and checking of approved drawings as well as
inspection of incoming and fabricated parts.
Responsible for conducting confirmation sampling, mold trial and validation.
Does measurement of parts, visual inspection and checking before installation using different
inspection tools and equipments.
Conduct mold assembly and dis-assembly of mold.
Responsible for receiving injection machine, Pick-up robots, auto mixer machine, accessories
and new mold.

Analyze new and trial items for production.
Coordinates with the production planner and material controller regarding the delivery and
availability of the items they request to produce.
Ensure proper documentation of drawings, machine program, tool list and plot drawing.
Does monitoring of Lacking and/or Urgent Parts need to prioritize for (Sheet Metal
Department).
Does inspection (in process and final) of sheet metal products visually and dimension.
Coordinate issues with regards to product development and quality.
Follow-up items in production line (sometimes perform Visual Inspection, Packaging ; as well
as delivery in terms of urgency.
Does operation of machine (NCTPP, Tapping, etc,) to support production in achieving daily
target and output.
