Description: BT Wholesale acts as a reseller of base products and services to various communications providers

W(CPs) through the “White Label Managed Services”. Harlequins is a platform to provide these services to corporate and SME

customers of Everything Everywhere. It will also migrate Orange’s existing customer base onto the same platform to provide a

unified and holistic customer service. One stop solution to cater to the entire UK market with respect to quality Broadband, Calls

and Telephony services provide a White Label Managed System for Orange Mobile customers which is at par with the standards

and specification of BT Wholesale.

Roles Played & Responsibilities Handled:-

E2E - As an E2E Manager was responsible for understanding the requirements, design documents, identification of test scenarios

and writing test cases and timely execution of test cases making active contribution to test coverage/progress. Testing third-

party value-added service provider (VASP), IPTV, Telecom Billing Testing, I had also involved in identification and rising

defects in Quality Centre which were found during test execution and their retests. Involved in Security Testing of OSS

application .Worked on report generation.

British Telecom – Convergys Billing

The project was an implementation of Geneva billing in 7 countries for the data

products of British telecom. This required configuring the billing system as per

the requirements and further testing the same to ensure that it was correctly

done.
