Quality Control Manager (2009 - Present)
Responsible for the daily operation of the Quality Management
System including performing product inspection, data
acquisition, trend analysis, external and internal audits,
perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, generate
Management Review presentation in preparation for ISO
surveillance audit and reassessment.
Successfully prepared for and acquired ISO 13485
Certification in June of 2011 for the North Andover facility.
Manufacturing Engineering Manager (2005 - 2009)
Support existing manufacturing processes and contribute to
new product development in a job shop environment using DOE,
FMEA, Control Plan and PPAP tools and techniques.
Launched a new manufacturing process for a custom laminated
"electronic paper" display. Worked closely with the customer
to develop the product, including new equipment installation
and set-up, process development, creation of SOPs and
operator training. Reached the desired production level of
2000 units per week on schedule which generated annual
revenue of $300k+ for the company.
Improved an existing printing process for a medical electrode
by reducing the processing time by 30%, increasing the yield
by 14% and optimizing the material usage by 16%, resulting in
an overall cost reduction of 21% and an exclusive 12 month
customer contract.
Project Engineering Manager (1997 - 2005)
Responsible for work assignments, budget preparation and
overall department operation. Used Microsoft Project and
Project Central to coordinate the workload and task
assignments for multiple ongoing projects and engineering
team members.
As Design Element Leader, created the Design Control
Procedure helping to secure ISO 9001:2000 certification as a
"Manufacturer and Designer of Custom Membrane Switches" in
September of 2005.
Project Engineering Supervisor (1994 - 1997)
Responsible for overseeing six engineering personnel,
including project engineers, design engineers and a graphic
artist.
Successfully completed dozens of projects and developed many
new products, with >90% on-time completion to schedule and
under budget.
Project Engineer (1989 - 1994)
Completed the design and manufacture of prototype and first
article production runs for many new membrane keyboard
projects. Used AutoCAD to create Source Control Drawings,
tool layouts and printing artwork. Generated BOMs and
component routings using Macola MRP system.

materials for shop fabrication of a unique bulk-handling
conveyor system.
