Accountabilities

To manage all production and manpower planning in the plant and site project, to achieve production

target as per standard and specifications by applying productivity measure, including effective

coordination of ASME,BSME,API Code of conduct .

To implement the system,procedures and process improvement initiatives .

To develop, monitor and maintain inventory of finish product .

To improve production efficiency of Asia, Middle East, International contract . To ensure high yields and

productivity by minimizing wastage, downtime, complaints and recycling where possible .

Achievement

Develop as the first company in Asia with good Quality of welding and process .

Led the auditing of the production and primary processing department to ensure full adherence to

procedures – SOP,WIP.

Train staff on ISO and it’s procedures upon successful implements and certificate . Train staff in safety

and health workplace with Emergency Respond Team club members.

for Real Time Wireless Data Radio Network. Among potential users for this system is for SCADA, Power

Quality, RTU, Metering and many other applications within the TNB and other utilities companies in

Installed Harmonic Damper for Gemas sub-station .
