• Area Project Manager TC Networks Dubuque, IA August 2013- March 2015

- TC Networks is a technology consulting company that delivers computing and networking

solutions to schools and private businesses alike.

- Major duties include the project management of three of our managed services accounts. This

consists of planning, organizing, asset purchasing and acquisition and budgeting projects while

managing the employees involved in those projects.

- Currently the point person for all customer relations with those projects and within the team.

- Epic is a billion dollar electronic medical record company that hires 1% of applicants. Epic

contracts only with major hospitals. In my role, I traveled 50-75% of the time and worked as the

direct point person with the customer team. Duties ranged from managing the analysts building

the system to maintain constant communication with the directors.

- Customer work: Led team of 3 analysts in implementing healthcare software for the operating

room of a major hospital. Worked both on-site and remotely with the analysts. Performed under

stringent timelines while managing a project with over a million-dollar budget and guiding the

project both with the analysts and at a high level with department directors.

- Internal projects: Created training materials, built guides, and other documents- both internal

and customer facing. Completed intensive project management training alongside software

training. Owned the Graduate Project for OpTime/Anesthesia, which entails helping to build

and maintain a project that hundreds of customers will use while getting certification.

- Supervised the computer lab and helped professors with daily tasks.

• Audit Internship Cherry Bekaert & Holland, Spring 2009 and Spring 2010

- Cherry, Bekaert and Holland is one of the largest accounting firms in the Southeast.

- Audited numerous customers and built relationships with accounting teams. This work entailed

going through large and small accounts to check for discrepancies. Business sizes consisted of

very large to medium size.
