Maintain 'knowledge bases' of support information, post information to support websites .
Assist and train employees / end users.
Provide customer feedback to research and development teams working on product upgrades.
Monitors the performance of testing in the fields of microbiology, chemistry and physico-chemical
testing.
Maintains compliance to QA/QC program; ensures analysts understand and follow the program.
Ensures that service requirements of clients are met at all times (i.e. TAT, QA/QC).
Maintains quality system conformance to DAO 98-63 and ISO 17025.
Keeps updated on advances in laboratory technology and government regulations.
Remains competent and current by attending seminar s, lectures, meetings and professional
conferences.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
