- Design and construction of a current controller for the control of rubber feed input bucket conveyor of

pelletizer machine to avoid tripping of main pelletizer motor. This was necessary to eliminate downtime (e.g.

1 hour) of rubber removal from the machine barrel when the main motor trips.

- Design and construction of Dual Direct-on-Line (DOL) Starter with two direct-on-line channels for

centrifugal machines to accommodate very high starting current during unusually long starting period (e.g. 20

minutes) and finally switching during running current.
