Career Objective :

Seeking a challenging career to utilize my knowledge and skills in the clinical

field as a Radiotherapy Technologist in Radiotherapy Department and that offers

Bachelor of Science in Medical Passed from Sikkim Manipal University

Diploma in Radiological Technology. Passed in Shanker's Institute of Para Medical

Field Training :

• Underwent training in BIO Hospital Bangalore

during this training I had the opportunity to observe the

Functioning and handling of Linear Accelerator.

• Underwent training in Regional cancer Centre,Trivandrum as Trainee in the

various Divisions in Radiotherapy,Imageology,Nuclear Medicine.

Administer radiation therapy as prescribed by the physician.

Display professional conduct essential to the well being of the

radiation oncology patient.

Demonstrate effective written communication skills; Maintain

accurate and detailed treatment chart documentation.

Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills in the clinical

setting.

Observe the clinical progress of the radiation oncology patient, use

clinical decision making skills to recognize and report any signs of

complications.

Utilize treatment accessories to accurately reproduce the radiation

treatment.

Adhere to radiation safety procedure protocol.

Safely and effectively operate a variety of computerized simulation

and treatment machines.

Perform machine safety checks, know safe limits of equipment

operations, and report abnormalities or inconsistencies to the

proper authority.

Construct immobilization devices and employ custom blocking

techniques that are conducive to conformal radiation therapy.

Utilize sophisticated imaging equipment and treatment planning

systems for precise tumor localization.

Work closely with the radiation Oncologist and the therapy team in

the preparation of a treatment plan that is customized to the

patient's needs.

Enterprises,Bangalore.Opp Mahamarg Bus Stand,Mumbai Naka,Nashik.

SIEMENS PRIMUS is equipped with 6 MV photon energies and 5,7,8,12,14

MeV eand Conventional Cases.

Previously worked in Max Health Care,Saket,Delhi in Novalis

Tx(Varian)with Brain lab with Exactrac-6 dimensional couch,Unique

(Varian),CT Simulator(Siemens)from 07/08/2013 to 26/02/2014. Here we

have high advanced treatment modalities like FSRS,SBRT,RAPID ARC

with Lung Gating,ET gating,Rapid Arc,IGRT, IMRT and 3DCRT.

Had worked in Apollo Health City, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad in Novalis Tx

(Varian),Siemens Primus Plus from 09/11/2010 to 31/07/2013.

Treating IGRT & RARC,SRS,SRT Cases.

(NOVALIS Tx with Brain lab Exactrac-6-dimentional couch with floor

mounted x-ray tubes for imaging which takes diagonal x-rays with the help of

floor mounted x-ray tubes and images are detected with the help of Amorphous

Silicon Panels on both sides of Novalis Tx machine). SIEMENS PRIMUS is

equipped with 6,15 MV photon energies and 6,9,12,15,18,21 MeV electron

energies with Electronic portal imaging system,treating IMRT,3DCRT,Conv

Cases(TOSHIBA SIMULATOR)Conventional simulator for precise patient setup,

simulation and tumor localisation.

I have One and half Year experience in HCG Group in Shimoga

Malnad Hospital and Institute of Oncology as a Radiotherapy Technologist

from June 15-06-2009 to 15-09-2010.In Linear Accelerator (Siemens Primus).

I have 6 Months experience in Cobalt Machine as a Radiotherapy

Technologist in Sant Tukaram Hospital from 20-12-2008 to 03-06-09.
