manufacturing Pulse Oximeters, Vital Signs Monitors (HealthCare Medical

Devices), Digital Thermometers, Sensors and Automated External

Defibrillators (AEDs).

Job Responsibility:-

> Interact with Distributors to get the realistic forecasts annually.

> Comparing the forecasts against realized Sales.

> Work on the Distributor Forecasts based on the Sales history and

future prospects.

> Follow up for Sales Orders from Distributors

> Interact with Production by sharing the Sales Orders to have the raw

materials visibility

> Interact with Production and Purchase to review on the raw materials

shortages to fulfill Sales Order.

> Interact with Purchase on the raw material shortages to review on the

lead times of delivery from the vendors

> Acknowledge Sales Order confirmation to the distributor with the

tentative ship date

> Frequent follow up with Purchase to expedite the raw materials and

improve upon the longer lead time raw materials to meet the Customer

Order Shipment Schedule.

> Self initiative to drive internal teams (Inventory Holding Stores,

Quality Department and Production) to ensure the raw material movement

internally on fast track to complete the internal specific processes

and get it issued to Production to fulfill Sales Order and committed

shipment schedule.

> Interact with Production to get the Shipment Schedule raised to ship

Sales Order and shared across all the concerned departments (Inventory

Holding Stores, Quality Assurance, Accounts, Logistics

> Self initiate to drive internal teams to get the documentation

completed, documents (Invoice, packing list, Shipping Bill and Export

Declaration Form) submission to SEZ (Special Economic Zone) Customs

for their approval to the ship the cargo.

> Communicate to the Distributor on the Sales Order which is ready to

ship against their Sales Order to get their nominated freight

forwarder to move the shipment.

> Interact with the respective local freight forwarder to arrange for

the cargo pick up and its movement as per the Distributor

instructions.

> Confirmation to the Distributor on the Sales Order shipment along with

invoice, packing list and AWB copy (with flight details).

> Follow up with Distributor to get feedback on Sales Order fulfillment

with respect to - Product, Quality, Pricing, Packing, Delivery,

Product Performance, etc..

> Self-motivated to adapt and accept challenges in addition to my roles

and responsibilities.

> MIS Reports various
