* Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan for the project and getting

approval from Clients.

* Ensures Incoming Material Inspection & Compliance, handling rejection

with supplier and

resolution.

* Preparation of Procedures for Welding, NDT etc

* Preparation of weekly and monthly reports and scheduling look ahead

plan and reporting to client management

* Review of Drawing & check with clients specific requirement or code

requirement & accordingly co-relate with Design Department.

* Preparation of WPS, PQR for the project approval of QAP/ITP for

vendor/Supplier as per specification.

. To conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of

Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.

. Coordinating with a mechanical testing lab & online changing Process

. Controlling the process parameters by using statistical techniques.
