Summary:

Ryan is an associate with three and a half years of solid experience in retail marketing. Right after his graduation, he

joined Globe Telecom Inc., one of the largest telecommunications company in the Philippines, as a probationary retail

sales clerk. Normally, the company awards a regular position to its employees after two years, however, due to Ryan’s

hardwork and dedication, he was awarded a regular position with the Company after three months. He stayed with the

company for nearly two years until he received his petition to move in the United States.

After moving to the United States, he immediately joined Dillard’s Inc., an upscale department store chain in the United

States, as a Sales Associate. Ryan is a consistent top seller, thus, he normally receives an “exceeds expectation” rating

during performance reviews.

These experiences gave him the opportunity to develop excellent interpersonal skills, commitment to customer service

satisfaction, team player mindset and exceptional cash handling accuracy.

Lastly, Ryan has an on site experience in banking and office works during his on the job training for six months.
