Minor Project Automatic temperature controlled fan

Description project aims at maintaining the room temperature at any desired value

irrespective of the weather conditions outside, this is achieved by

controlling the speed of a fan automatically and linearly depending on the

room temperature. The circuit is efficient as it uses triacs for power

control.

Seminar Claytronics

Description "Claytronics" is an emerging field of engineering concerning

reconfigurable Nanoscale robots designed to form much larger scale

machines or mechanisms.The catoms will be sub millimeter computers

that will eventually have the ability to move around, communicate with

each others, change color, and electrostatically connect to other catoms to

form different shapes.

Major project MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) based solar inverter

Description The project aims to make a single phase solar inverters with maximum

power point tracking (MPPT) to get the maximum possible power from the

PV array. MPPT is a fully electronic system that varies the electrical

operating point of the modules so that the modules are able to deliver

maximum available power. It can be expected that at least 85% of the

panel’s available power will end up in the battery. The inverter section

which convert or rather invert a low DC voltage battery to a high voltage

AC output. MOSFET is used as the switching device in the inverter.
