• Consistently perform Job Specific Tasks in a safe manner and to identify unsafe practices and/or environments

and make recommendations to correct.

• Identify areas of potential problems and takes preventive/diagnostic steps to avoid those problems.

• Monitor and report tooling life cycle as well as any damages to the Production Supervisor/Tooling Technician.

• Participate and direct tooling changeover and set up process to ensure efficiency.

• Assist with corrective and preventative maintenance on line.

• Assure timely disposition of non-conforming materials using non-conforming material process whether materials

are in or out of specification

• Facilitate material flow "incoming to the process" (ID/Verify).

• Assure timely completion of all line administrative functions (close folders, report labor, goods issues, receipts,

credit returns, SAP transactions, kanban reconciliation, incoming material and Greensboro Management

Operating System (GMOS).

• Responsible for ensuring products are made in accordance to our quality standards.

• High School Diploma (Northern Nash High School, Red Oak, NC 1990)
