Employee Training Instructor- Train new and current employees on the

operation of quality process and control room procedures as well as new

equipment and quality systems.

Employee Safety Trainer- Train employees on process safety procedures as

well as chemical and other spills. Revise and write quality, process, and

control room procedures. Responsible for lockout tag out inspections with

compliance calendar. Responsible for powered industrial vehicles

inspections in compliance with calendar. Oversee and modified (OTIS)

Software System for routine duty calendar to ensure process and equipment

cleaning and checks.

Level 2 Safe Week Permit approval and issuer certified.

Process Operator- Monitor equipment and process continuously and make

corrective actions on abnormal conditions and documents.

Quality Operator- Responsible for mixing catalyst, chip transfer system,

sampling and location of chips when transferred to silos for deposition,

lace-up and resin lines.

Control Room Operator- Monitor available process information, notify

process specialist of any abnormal conditions and take corrective actions.
