Project Title - A study on the role of a Department Manager in a
large format Retail Store with special reference to Central (Future
Group)
Project Description - My study involved the role of the department
manager, their profile, their competencies required, their hiring plan,
how induction happens and I also did a study on the new set of
Future Group department managers who have joined newly in the system. My
study attempts to adhere the gap that is desired in the system and
what actually is happening in the stores with a view of strengthening
the entire department manager in the organization and the suggestion
on moving forward.
