RBC Team - RBC Telemanager Release Wireless & IPT Automation

1. Net New IPT phone Orders

Project Description: Implementation of an easy-to-use form in the Audit tool that automated the current process of RBC to

manage all their IPT Phone orders manually through different system.Functional changes were implemented in the Audit page

under new section called action to allow users to order Net New IPT Phone. A new form “New CISCO IPT service” was

implemented to the audit page.

Responsibilities:

• Edited business Requirements & Design document, worked directly under the supervision of Business Analyst

by reviewing and editing business requirement design document

• Responsible for designing mock ups, for net new IPT phone and designing flowchart for IPT phone orders

• Created test plan and test cases, in excel (standard format of RBC), and Executed them

• Front end testing, GUI testing of form for IPT Phone orders

• Functional testing, tested working of form, workflow, created and verified work orders in Telemanager and 2 nd

2. Auto-Closures Using Carrier Feeds

Project Description: Toimport wireless carrier feeds into Telemanager in order to auto complete wireless hardware orders

without any manual intervention. It includes work orders for wireless services like Blackberry, Cellular, Tablet and Mobile

Internet.

Responsibilities:

• Edited business Requirements & Design document, worked directly under the supervision of Business Analyst

by reviewing and editing business requirement design document

3. DSX Project

Project Description:RBC DSX group manages requests to loan services. This project aimed to implement new functionality

to Telemanager interface to help to assign and track loaned services

Responsibilities:

• Created test plan and test cases, in excel (standard format of RBC), and Executed them

• Interface and functional testing, of new functionality implemented in Telemanager

• Prepared Q&A guide, on new functionality and features implemented and how to use that functionality

4. RBC Audit Automation

Project Description: To automate RBC audit tools, and to test those features for other clients such as Sanjel

• Automated all the actionsin audit tools using Selenium 2.8.0

• Recorded actions in Selenium IDE and exported into C# script

• Created C#test scripts in Visual Studio 2012 using NUnit testing framework for SeleniumWeb driver

• Presented demo on Selenium automation and RBC tool to VP of Operations and Knowledge transfer to QA team

Project Description: Key role as a Software Quality Specialist for numbers of clients, mainly, CPC, Purolator, CIBC, CGI,

Intact, Banque Nationale Du Canada, Sintra, Cogeco etc.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Telemanager and TME, reviewing andtesting new issues received from various client and

working on enhancements

• Change request for Telemanager and TME,reviewing andtesting of CR requested by various clients, testing of

TME organization hierarchy, organization employee reports, analysis on employee data and representation.

• Verification & Validation, of client telecom expense management reports in telemanager based on their

telecommunication costs of call usage, equipments, and other credits and charges report

• Verification & Validation, of invoices loaded by comparing invoices in FTP server to that in Telemanager
