2. Financial Controller "Al Manama Group of Companies"
Ajman, UAE
Period: 1st Sep '12 - 31st Oct '13 Worked with Al Manama
Hypermarkets and Supermarkets having a
turnover of AED.500 million. The group,
which has 16 outlets all over UAE,
employees around 1500 employees and the
accounts are managed with Microsoft
-Navision.
3. Financial Controller "Al Barary Group of Companies"
Dubai, UAE
Period: Jan 2006-Mar '12 From Jan 2006, worked with Al Barary
Group Companies, which have an annual
turnover of AED.150 million. The Group is
engaged in Civil construction, MEP,
Aluminium fabrication and installation,
joinery, interior d cor, double glazed
glass, trading of building materials,
steel fabrication, maintenance work etc.
As the Financial Controller of the "Group" companies, I was
entrusted with the following duties.
[pic] Up to date maintenance of the book of accounts of each company
and preparing the financial statements.
[pic] Preparing the Budgets and arranging bank finance such as
Overdraft, Bill Discounting, Guarantees, LCs etc. for companies
under the group.
[pic] Getting the accounts of the company audited through external
auditors.
[pic] Preparation of monthly MIS for the submission to the M.D

Letter of Credit.

and exports coconut oil. Two wholly owned
subsidiaries at Indonesia & Bangladesh.
Apart from acting as a whole-time financial consultant of KLF Group
concerns, I was also doing private practice as a Chartered
Accountant. As a Financial Consultant I am entrusted with the
following duties.

arrangement of insurance with ECGC wherever there is no L.C,
