1. Sr. Controls Engineer at Advansys Technology Co., and Outsourced
Controls Engineer at Dematic Corp., North America
(March 2014 to Current)
Responsible for complete controls commissioning including electrical
design, software design and commissioning within cost and time scale
constraints of a material-handling and warehousing automation projects.
Job Responsibilities:
. Performing emulation and virtual commissioning of conveyors and merge
systems using Demo3d emulator.
. Performing PLCs programming using RSlogix5000 function blocks, and
testing Profibus networks using prosoft configuration builder software.
. Performing commissioning and startup for delivery of the customer project

includes mining phases, exploration, construction, process and production
in Niger & Sudan.

the main wind energy components; wind turbines, wind towers and rotor
blades in collaboration with MTOI, Spain.

. Successfully handled technology transferred of wind turbines erection,
commissioning and operation.
. Prepared technical offers and operation & maintenance scope under EPC
contracts.
