Onsite Sr. Network/Systems Engineer responsible for upgrading and

maintaining C H Briggs IT Infrastructure. Collaborated with several vendors

in upgrade to perform SAN migration, switch and router upgrades, desktop

replacements and other major changes to the IT infrastructure.

Key Accomplishments:

. Managed and administered Barracuda Spam and Filter Firewall 300 for

email spam filtering.

. Designed Software Update Services (SUS) infrastructure.

. Installed and replaced old IBM DS4700 storage subsystem and IBM 4 GB

fibre switches with new IBM Storwize 3700 and IBM (brocade) 8 GB fibre

switches.

. Replaced 3560 core switches with 3750-X Gig switches with stackable

solution to achieve diversity and better traffic throughput.

. Upgraded capable switches to a crypto capable image and configured SSH

. Performed P2V conversion of all remaining hardware servers in

environment. In the process, was able to condense servers from 10 to 2.
