* Provide Technical Support for Dell and Intel Servers and security appliances like IronMail and CMC (McAfee Email Gateway) based on FreeBSD 8.1.

* Technical Support for all types of critical issues with Messaging, Database (Mysql), OS (Linux/UNIX), Email filtering, Syslog server.

* Providing support resolving issues over voice and email to customers throughout the Globe.

Project Description: - It’s a linux based tool GfireConf using shell scripting. This is basically a tool which is used to automize and customizes the firewall functions. Technically this will be text based tool in user friendly way. Using the feasibility of Linux we are configuring firewall and make it to block packets belonging to different protocols according to our need using iptables. So, in this project we are using iptables to implement packet filtering. The features provided are: - Assigning default policies, Direction filtering, Log Records, Higher order security, IP validation, Service blocking, Masquerading, Backup, etc

Project Title: - Creation and Management of Oracle Server in Oracle 10g.

Organization: - SQL Technologies Pvt. Ltd

Duration: - 2 months

Project Description: - The project involved installing oracle instance on both client and server side and setting up the instance for creating databases and creating & assigning user privileges. The project also involved of managing the databases to its optimal usage level.
