MINI RESEARCH PROJECT :

Sixth Semester :

Project Title : Quality FM transmitter.

Summary : This project gives us a basic idea of how voice data are sent through air.

• There are three methods used for voice transmission i.e.

1. Amplitude modulation,

2. Phase modulation and,

3. Frequency modulation.

• The main method that is used in this technique is frequency modulation.

Frequency modulation provides excellent voice output at very low noise.

• A band pass filter was also designed to receive the voice signal without any distortion.

• It is mostly used for broadcasting purpose by fm radio stations.

MAJOR RESEARCH PROJECT :

Seventh Semester:

Project Title : Home automation through mobile.

Summary : The aim of this project is to control the switching of any electrical or non-electrical

device with the help of any mobile phone.

• The switching of the device can also be controlled wirelessly by making a call to the

mobile phone connected to the device.

• The main CPU used here is microcontroller AT89C51 on which programming was done to

perform particular switching action.

• The switching action is provided by relay which is driven by relay driver IC.

COMPUTER SKILLS :

Software skills : Circuit designing,PCB designing,Multisim.

Operating system : windows xp, windows 7,windows 8.

Database : Ms Word,Ms PowerPoint.

ACTIVITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS :

• Participated and won three times in LAQSHYA national level tech-fest event “Deep Blue”

organized by CSIT Durg in the year 2012 and 2013.

• Participated and won twice in LAQSHYA national level tech-fest event “Robo soccer” organized

by CSIT Durg in the year 2013.

• Won intra-college badminton organized by EEE department CSIT Durg.

• Hobbies: Robotics, Badminton.
