Manager of Store Applications Development
Responsible for managing the team that develops the applications for the Oracle based
POS system. The team was broken into two sections. The main store applications team,
which consists of 5 members and the Web applications team, which consists of 4 members.
Responsible for all production issues that affect the Burlington stores on a day to day basis.
The daily production responsibilities include all aspect of the POS sales software, tax and
layaway rules. Also accounting for all sales information to be used by marketing and sales.
Responsible for interfacing with IT WAN, DBAs and Windows system administrators to make
sure any and all changes conform to the needs of the Burlington stores.

Reporting directly to the Senior VP of IT programming, led all technical aspects of NCO’s
outsourcing business line including independent dialer information loading, reporting, and client
reporting for NCO Financial. Managed three on-site team members and two off-shore tram
members. Coordinated IT programming, IT operations, IT WAN, NCO’s printing vendor, and the
Outsourcing business groups. Set all new project schedules and release dates for the
Outsourcing group. Upon contract agreement, set all technical and functional timelines with the
client’s lead technical contact.

Translated all data from the client’s format to NCO’s format to load data into in-house database.
Developed database recon applications in Java to keep 3rd party business collections compliant.
