farther develop the case file for the social security benefit process.
• Submitting medical evidence via electric fax with barcode to be uploaded to exhibit cd to be used at
hearing.
• Reviewing exhibit cd received from social security to review medical evidence obtained by social
security as well as forms submitted in preparation of hearing.
• Using e-file to submit evidence and medical records to traveling representatives to review in
preparation of hearing.
• Using e-file to submit an appeal on behave of client, as well as submitting an initial application on
behalf of client.
• Drafting subpoenas request to forward to Administrative Law Judges to obtain medical records from
treatment facilities on the behalf of clients unable to afford outstanding invoices or unresponsive
treatment facilities.
• Conducting meets with clients to explain in detail the nature of their case as well as to explain the
hearing process in length.
