SUMMARY
I have experience in broach manufacturing and over 20 years in the high precision grinding industry (CNC)
beginning in the engineering department where I developed the CAD component and application drawings.
This led to an inside sales and progressing to outside sales and distributor management for custom
engineered grinding projects. This included providing the customer with equipment cost justification and ROI
for multimillion dollar turnkey and automated manufacturing systems. I was responsible from the initial RFQ
through the sale, process development, manufacture, successful run-off and installation of the equipment at
the customers facility. My most recent accomplishment was a $ 2.8 million order for a single machine project.

developed custom quotation software unique to the industry as well as continuing
