Responsible for project lifecycle of 8 individual projects, leadership of the project manager

team (5 onshore and 5 offshore resources) and acting escalation point for the program

manager and technical teams.

Active liaison between project team, technical teams, and business partners promoting

critical communications for the program.

Spearheaded and implemented production escalation procedures reducing risk to critical
