data model and a de-normalized dimensional data-mart, along with the

bank systems. Established - tracking & control mechanisms, procedures,

. Data migration strategy for 7 TB of data at-rest (legacy/distributed) to

. Created Metadata Strategy, and hence led the plan, build & run to

eliminate costs equivalent to 6 FTE.

. Setup a governance process within enterprise data warehouse. This brought

cost savings up to C$1.9m. The continued discussions with another BU

brought cost savings up to C$1 million [one-time], and up to C$400K on an

annual basis.

. Led the plan & build for Data Governance assessment and vision. This

resulted into extension of existing bi-domain (Party & Product) data

model to multi-domain (inclusion of new domains - Location, Channel,

Event) enterprise reference data model.

. Developed data architecture framework in the transformation initiatives -

Basel, AML/KYC, PeopleSoft - HR/Payroll to SuccessFactors SAP -
