Within this role, I installed, configured, and maintained Microsoft and Linux OS’s using both
Active Directory and SCCM, remediated SharePoint tickets requiring hardware/software
fixes. Performed troubleshooting/repairs on A/V equipment in classrooms, deployed
software patches, and served as an escalation point for help desk tickets. Maintained a
Secret Security Clearance, managed print servers, and kept up to date on industry
standards with certifications. I was also responsible for managing ACAS/Nessus
vulnerability scans on our closed network and updating DIACAP documentation.
