• Performed field management for Railroad Commission of Texas remediation and

decommissioning of tank battery in Sabine Pass.

• Performed Construction Quality Assurance of the installation of over 50 gas extraction wells and

associated header and lateral lines at multiple Texas landfills

2007 to 2013- S e n i o r S i t e M a n a g e r -Geosyntec Consultants, Inc, Houston, TX

• Supervised multiple In-situ groundwater bioaugmentation projects in Houston, Texas. Managed sub-

contractors for the installation of temporary injection wells and the injection of over 1,000,000 gallons

of electron donor and over 300 liters of KB-1® solution into the injection wells. Performed low-flow

sampling pre and post injection.

• Performed operation and maintenance for a biological treatment system designed for the reduction of

ammonia from leachate generated in the landfill. Maintenance for this system includes control panel

trouble shooting, pump and motor assembly cleaning and/or replacement, biofilter cartridge

replacement and pipe fitting. Periodic cleaning of the discharge force main to the City of Beaumont’s

POTW was performed.

• Performed operation and maintenance for three groundwater pump and treat systems designed for the

removal of volatile organic compounds using air scrubbing techniques. Maintenance for these systems

included control panel trouble shooting and repair and replacement of force main and compressed air

piping, instrumentation, pneumatic dedicated monitoring well pumps. He also performed monthly

monitoring of the system that included documenting and identifying action items along with overall

system performance. He performed slug testing of the groundwater monitoring wells.

• Performed Construction Quality Assurance of the installation of over 100 gas extraction wells and

associated header and lateral lines at multiple Texas and Louisiana landfills

• Performed Construction Quality Assurance for 2,500 feet of 24-inch header pipe that included nuclear

density testing of pipe backfill material, and installation of three 36-inch sumps along with tie-ins to

existing lines near road crossings.

• Management of a two third party web-based databases that help satisfy operator specific safety

record keeping requirements and reduces the costs of project management and pre-qualification.

• Population of internal database for management of employee medical, administrative, and legal

records along with certificates, licensees and emergency information.

• Review, edit and update the company's Master Safety Program, Safety Manual and other

safety documents including the Accident Investigation Reports and Medical Records Release

Forms.

• 24 hour point of contact for company and contractor 'personnel and project safety issues offshore

and inland.

counsel and company employees.

2002 to 2005 - Senior Project Scientist- Portnoy Environmental, Inc., Houston, TX

Decree (EPA Multimedia Enforcement Group) and State-approved Cooperative Agreement and

work plans developed for characterization, assessment, and remediation.

• Interpreted and implemented requirements of 40 CFR 761, EPA variances per 40 CFR 761.79(h),

and other Federal and State regulations.

• Managed, performed and. documented characterization, assessment and verification sampling of

multi- media and remedial activities (including the preparation of field drawings and documenting

the collection and analysis of more than 4,500 samples):

• Assisted in the development of the proposals, work plans and final reports for presentation to

the client and Federal and State agencies:

• Interpreted field maps for scale and accuracy and converted the maps to AutoCAD, Created

• Supervised pilot studies to determine remedial options and areas requiring remediation:

• Assisted senior staff with due diligence for the acquisition of two companies. Job duties included:

o Travel to satellite facilities in Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico to review the sites permits

for Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, chemical inventories, site conditions and

personnel interviews.
