associated header and lateral lines at multiple Texas landfills
2007 to 2013- S e n i o r S i t e M a n a g e r -Geosyntec Consultants, Inc, Houston, TX
• Supervised multiple In-situ groundwater bioaugmentation projects in Houston, Texas. Managed sub-
contractors for the installation of temporary injection wells and the injection of over 1,000,000 gallons
of electron donor and over 300 liters of KB-1® solution into the injection wells. Performed low-flow
sampling pre and post injection.
• Performed operation and maintenance for a biological treatment system designed for the reduction of
ammonia from leachate generated in the landfill. Maintenance for this system includes control panel
trouble shooting, pump and motor assembly cleaning and/or replacement, biofilter cartridge
replacement and pipe fitting. Periodic cleaning of the discharge force main to the City of Beaumont’s
POTW was performed.
• Performed operation and maintenance for three groundwater pump and treat systems designed for the
removal of volatile organic compounds using air scrubbing techniques. Maintenance for these systems
included control panel trouble shooting and repair and replacement of force main and compressed air
piping, instrumentation, pneumatic dedicated monitoring well pumps. He also performed monthly
monitoring of the system that included documenting and identifying action items along with overall
system performance. He performed slug testing of the groundwater monitoring wells.
• Performed Construction Quality Assurance of the installation of over 100 gas extraction wells and
associated header and lateral lines at multiple Texas and Louisiana landfills
• Performed Construction Quality Assurance for 2,500 feet of 24-inch header pipe that included nuclear
density testing of pipe backfill material, and installation of three 36-inch sumps along with tie-ins to
existing lines near road crossings.

record keeping requirements and reduces the costs of project management and pre-qualification.
