• Maintain building supplies, inventory and coordinate ordering of all supplies.
• Supervise and schedule a staff of 12-15 employees consisting of Concierges, Porters,
Handymen and relief workers.
• Heavy interaction/coordination with Management, Leasing Agents and Residents.
• Perform and record all inspections of two dual fuel boilers, roof water tank,
sprinkler/standpipe system, compactor and roof fans, in addition to other
duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Building Superintendent - Citadel Leasing/The Lefrak Organization (83 units)
• Requested by management to transfer from Dover Leasing to Citadel Leasing to
turn around a neglected property and bring it back up to company standards.

• Responsible for maintenance and repairs involving basic plumbing, electrical and
carpentry within Resident’s apartments.
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the building’s interior & exterior
common areas including a 100-car parking lot.
• Ordered all supplies needed for repairs and general building maintenance.
• Supervised all building repairs and equipment servicing by outside contractors.
Supervised the building Porters and ensured the completion of all of their duties,
