Senior Software Engineering Manager
• Project Manager in charge of all Engineering groups working on a project to release our products to
international markets. Translated program requirements into Engineering deliverables and
coordinated schedules for Engineering, QA, NPI, Publications and Training to align with Data Center
Operations, Sales, Legal, Customer Support, Billing, etc.
• Named Project Champion of an existing Billing & Business Operations agile software project.
Implemented new metrics and charts, aligned priorities, and restructured teams to increase efficiency
and accountability.
• Engineering Project Manager of a docking station project working with an overseas vendor for
software development and hardware manufacturing. Delivered the product several months ahead of
schedule.
• Engineering Manager of the Phone Software team working on the embedded firmware for the next
generation VoIP phones.
• Worked with Product Management and Sales to align resourcing and priorities with product roadmaps.
• Responsible for resource tracking across the entire Platform/Call Control organization.

client platform development activities.
• Provided management leadership during architectural governance to define a REST based SOA
platform architecture with proprietary frameworks on the server side and a proprietary UI framework
built on top of GWT. Special emphasis on incremental development, software reuse, reduced TTM and
higher code quality.
• Managed a matrix organization of first level managers, architects, UX designers and UI developers and
balanced these resources with program priorities to drive the execution of key business objectives.
