Daikin Applied Production Supervisor 10/2012-Present
I am currently a Production Manager for Daikin Applied. I am responsible for the metal fabrication
department. My duties include but are not limited to, On time production, Lean Manufacturing, 5S,
Kaizan, Stop Audits, Sweep Audits, Programming the Laser for production, Programming the Salvagnini
Machines for production, Steel Orders, Ordering equipment, Scheduling time off, Monthly Conferences,
Logging all information on production reports, One Piece Flow and Daily Board Meetings. At the current
time I am in charge of 57 people in the Fabrication Department.
4M Precision Production Engineer 09/2011-10/2012
I was a Production Engineer. I am responsible for quoting a product, Drawing that product in Auto-CAD
and Solid works 2012, writing a program for the laser using Sigma nest, writing programs using
CADMAN 3D for the LVD metal brake, prototyping parts (Making sure they are within .01 tolerance
from the print), Quality Assurance, Supervision of the second shift and Material Handing. I am very good
at my job and have raised the amount of work and quality being produced by 120 percent. If there is any
down time I run the laser or the LVD Break to help put out more products.
G4S Secure Solutions 3/2008-9/2011
I was an Area Supervisor for a Para-Military Security Company. I was in charge of a district from
Middletown, NY - Elmira, NY. I had over 200 guards that I was responsible for. My daily responsibilities
included inspections of officers at their sight, disciplinary actions if needed, training classes, security
surveys, investigations and client contacts to insure that the client for each sight is content with our
companies’ performance. It was a fast paced job that I did and I was very proficient at it. I also wrote a
program in SQL that helped me record each individual guard’s information. The program was a big help
for filling in open spots when a guard would call in to work.
Mack Studios: Metal Fabricator/ Warehouse 4/2007- 3/2009
I was in charge of looking at blueprints and making many different tools to spec for each project. Most of
our projects came from Chase and Proctor and Gamble. I kept everything in a tight tolerance and made
every piece look professional. I was also in charge of inventory and ware house maintenance. I made an
excel program that helped organize each of our three separate warehouses.
Camillus Cutlery: Shop Floor Manager 10/2004 - 4/2007
I worked as the shop floor manager and my responsibilities were to oversee the employees work, give
reviews for each employee, material handling, order materials, quality assurance, read blue prints, and
install dyes in press machines. I built a program to make sure that all the dyes were sharpened when they
were required to be in order to make them last longer without breaking or sheering. I was also in charge
of EHS.
Camtech: CNC Operator/Set up Technician 9/2003- 8/2004
I worked as a CNC operator. My duties were to change out tooling, read blueprints, inspect tight tolerant
parts when finished, tweak program so that parts met tolerance, and setup machine for next run of parts.
4M Precision: Setup Tech 6/1998- 8/1999
While employed at 4M Precision I was in charge of setting up punch presses and making sure that the
parts were in spec by using calipers and the optical comparator. I became very proficient and was making
over 130% rates at all times. I also did material handling, spot welding, blue print reading and I had my
forklift license.
