• Implemented a Health and Safety Program in October 2012, as UDI’s employment tripled,
making the company subject to the Guidelines of the OSHA Compliance Regulations for

preexisting violations of 2012.

insurance companies, Workmen’s Compensation agents, and employees to ensure that
each groups’ informational needs were being met, and that claims were processed quickly.
• Developed a job-coding procedure, which simplified the application of expenses
(employee’s receipts), labor, and materials of a particular job, so it could be easily entered
into QuickBooks. This became an invaluable tool for configuring: itemized billing of a job,
year’s end inventory, job’s profitability, and sales staff’s commissions.
• Decreased restocking fee’s and unnecessary inventory 53%, by interpreting the sales
staff’s needs and relaying those needs to vendors, achieving better communication
between the parties.
• Saved the company 37% in shipping costs by negotiating with vendors and combining
multiple orders.
• Provided customer intervention/resolution pertaining to: installation timelines,
warranty/repair issues, and tracking of orders.
• Coordinated all details surrounding Trade Shows and UDI functions: booth/facility
reservations, payment, securing electrical and mechanical needs, menus, and hotel
