Highly motivated individual who has a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities associated
with being a civil engineer, specializing in the field of structural design. He showed competence when he
was recognized as one of the scholars of the Phili ppine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – East Metro
during his college life. He became a board passer in the past November 2011 Civil Engineering board
examination and began practicing structural design since February 2012. On the technical side, he is able
to prepare projects with efficiency particularly detailed engineering design and structural assessments/
investigations. Sherwin was able to expand his career by acquiring a position of a part -time faculty in
Rizal Technological University since 2013. He always yearns for excellence as he believes that excellence
