Ensured Plating department prepared for plastic plating production level
increase to 89,000 plated parts per month in June 2010 from 8,700 parts per
month in 2009 with no significant erosion in FTC of 86%.
Successfully developed staffing and training levels to meet GM, Chrysler
and Ford requirements to provide plated plastic and steel parts to
specifications. Implemented third shift plastic plating in April 2010.
Coordinated and Implemented manufacturing plan to launch the Ford 2011
