Planning:

* Moderation of preventive maintenance schedule for each weekly and

monthly and planning during shut down.

* Availability of spares for preventive maintenance

Accountability for Organizing (IMPLEMENTATION):

* Maintaining log book, history cards, material inward/outward and

preventive maintenance schedule

* Ensure proper implementation and smooth operations all new machines

and technologies as and when introduced.

Accountability for Direction and Feedback:

* Giving guidance to sub-ordinate related to day to day activity and

feed back

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Operation, Control and Maintenance Responsibility for maintenance of

fully automated High Pressure Moulding Line (make Kunkel Wagner,

Germany), Sand Plant.

* Responsibility for the maintenance of 33/11 KV substation.

* Maintenance of Electrical induction furnace, cranes, hoists etc.

press-pour, shot blast m/c (Susha made) and decoring machine.

* Maintenance of electrical motors.

* To handle the shift independently and the responsibility of the Dept.

* Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns by conducting

failure analysis and take steps to rectify the same.

* Co-ordination with outside parties related to engineering and

maintenance.

* Modification to improve efficiency, reduction of cost without

effecting the quantity& quality of the products.

Technical skill sets:

* Sound knowledge of electrical & electronic devices like transducers,

VFDs, servo drives, sensors, safety relays, timers, power contactors,thermal overload relays, limit switches, reed switches,selector switches, MCB, MPCB, light barriers, pressure switches,

input-output modules,switching relays,DC valves,

etc.

* Idea about Switchgears working, Looked into Medium voltage panels.

* Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic system.

* Motors/starters: Induction motors, star delta starters, DOL starters,

soft starter.

* Capable of conducting root cause analysis of failures.
