Summary of Qualifications

I am working in EDS/HP since 1997. During this time, I worked in the

management and development Finance and Human Resource Systems.

Engineer in Computer System in Programming and Master Degree in Management

of Technologic Information.

As a Project Manager in HP, I was responsible for the implementation of an

ERP System for the customer AXCEL. This is a big ERP solution created by

the Euclides Group in Spain. I detected more than 250 incidents/defects

from the kick-off to the Implementation phases. At the end of the project

no one issue has been in open status and the customer releases more than

250,000 dlls.

From 2010 to 2012, I worked as Specialist Information Engineer and Internal

PM to manage the Pension Plan system for Delphi. Delphi is a big company

who manage more than 50,000 employees in Mexico.

From 2006 to 2010, I worked within the EHRO Project as SME, this system

were a global human resource solution developed in Dallas Texas, this

system integrate more than 12 best practices solutions and involve to dealt

with co-workers from USA (PM's), Germany (DBA's), Brazil (Testers) and

India(Vendors). I worked with the Knowledge and Performance Management

Towers. I was working with the process to create new online courses for

Cardinal Health. I traveled every week from Juarez Mexico to Dallas Texas.

I have 17 years of programming experience, supporting and testing

activities in several systems. Also I managed new enhancements which

involved the Life Cycle methodology. Some of these systems are related

with Banks, Payroll, Human Resources, Taxes, Pay of Bills, Pension Plan and

Skill Assessment areas.

I was working in Assessments of CMM Level 5 / SLC 3.
