using Sun Nuclear Corporations’ 3D water tank.

• Perform supervised daily morning Quality Assurances (QAs) on three Varian Linacs

(Novalis Tx, Silhoutte, and Clinac 21EX) using Daily QA 3 device.

• Perform supervised IMRT plan QAs using Mapcheck 2 QA device and Portal Dosimetry.

• Perform supervised EPID-based isocenter verification tests for SRS treatments.

• Familiar with Varian’s Aria information system and also with Eclipse TPS and Oncentra

Brachy Masterplan TPS.
