SEFM provides its services in retail, industrial and commercial settings.

n Direct day-to-day operations, oversee & supervise all field personnel,

manage all projects throughout the Southeast.

Harrison Contracting is a National painting and facility maintenance

provider. We provide interior & exterior painting services to commercial

customers, high rise multifamily housing units & commercial office

buildings. We provide retail & industrial facility maintenance services

nationally.

n Responsible for sales & marketing of painting, facility maintenance and

specialty coating services throughout the Tampa area and nationally.

n Consistently met and exceeded monthly sales goals of $250,000 - $400,000

with several deals closed in excess of $1,000,000.

n Cold called on potential customers for interior and exterior commercial

painting services. Territory for painting services is coast to coast from

Gainesville, FL to Miami, FL.

n Called on large "big box" retail customers for facility maintenance

services. National customers included Home Depot, Office Depot, Advance

Auto, LabCorp, and many more.

n Organized, attended and participated in local and national trade shows

and conferences.

n Spend 7-9 hours daily on the road servicing existing customers and making

American Communications was one of Florida's largest indirect dealers for

Nextel wireless service until 2006 when Sprint & Nextel merged. American

Communications had 8 locations throughout the state of Florida from Bartow

to Punta Gorda. Another indirect dealer purchased American Communications

in 2008.

n Started with the company as an assistant store manager for the Brandon,

FL location. Sold wireless services in a retail environment by assisting

customers with plans, equipment, & add-ons. Handled the day-to-day

operations of the retail store by managing inventory, opening & closing

the store, making daily deposits, & supervising sales staff.

n Responsible for more than $3,000,000 annually through outside B2B sales

department.

n In 2002 after 8 months with the company I was promoted to Corporate &

Government Account Sales Manager (Outside Business to Business Sales

Manager).

n As Outside Sales Manager I supervised up to 12 outside sales

representatives, set monthly goals, assisted reps with making contacts &

Ripken Amateur Baseball provides weeklong tournament events at The Ripken

Experience in Myrtle Beach, SC. These events are designed for competitive

travel baseball teams ages 12 - 18. The events are sold as packages that

include a week of baseball, housing for the entire team & coaches, as well

as various meal plans for participants.

n Called on competitive travel baseball teams throughout the state of

Florida to sell packages into The Ripken Experience.

n Spent 8-10 hours daily researching contact information for teams by using

the Internet, telephone & company's database.

n Worked weekend baseball tournaments targeting & contacting teams to
