and deployment in an Agile development cycle. Worked with ISO/IEC/IEEE

29119 and ISO1491 to author the Standard Operating Procedure for the test

department, Work Instructions, Software Test Plans and Software Test

Specifications. Created the Test Department SharePoint site for the

presentation of Test Reports, Work Instructions and scheduling. Familiarity

with SpiraTeam ALM for test development and reporting.

Transitioned to the newly-created Technical Services Division in the role

of Project Methodology Specialist. Responsible for all project-driven
