JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Major duties and responsibilities are includes as follows.
Preparing and updating daily report.
Preparing manpower report and submitting to (PM), main contractor and client
Preparing IR & MIR and submitting to main contractor and client
Updating material delivery record
Typing letter and saving record
Preparing weekly and monthly report and updating all records.
Daily, weekly and Monthly report to the client.
Promoting the recording system
Coordinating with all parties and keeping all records
Submitting the daily report to the site management, Consultant and Head Office
Ensure the site office stationery and welfare facilities are available and close monitoring
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Adept in using all Microsoft Programs like Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook.
