Performed a variety of semiconductor assembly processes for both glass sealed axial, leaded diodes and metal can package

types, Primary responsibilities include belt furnace gold germanium braze lead attach for axial leaded and surface mount

glass sealed diode packages, Glass sealing process for hard glass tungsten and soft glass dumet construction diodes.

Performed 100% external and internal visual inspection using microscope on glass sealed axial leaded and surface mount

device packages according to Mil- Std 750 Method 2071 as well as process monitor sample inspection per required in

house work instructions.

Responsible for operating various machinery in the assembly process which include a forming gas belt furnace, Dap

sealer/glass seal vacuum bake chamber, Glass annealing oven metal can package cap welding, epoxy dispense system.

Provided assistance to process engineering dept. for special projects, process development and improvement. Trained and

supported new and experienced associates.

Responsible for completing all required lot traveler documentation, production log books and computer transactions for

completed lots .Measured production parts during process, following instructions and testing procedures. Notified

production supervisor or engineer immediately when the product was reject.
