customers (consumer and business). Application delivers an average of 50M communications (emails,
EMS/SMS) weekly which are content and time sensitive. Utilize SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Manage concurrently high complexity projects, detail coordination averaging 6 projects at a time with
project sizes of 6-8 resources each; create project schedules and manage project planning, execution,
communication and scope; delivered applications successfully on-time and within scope aligned with
enterprise release schedule (6 weeks intervals) meeting enterprise goals for largest wireless carrier.
